We’re excited to have you stop by to learn about our guild. Our purpose is to share the love of and exchange knowledge of quilting. Whether you are new to quilting, or have been quilting for years… and you love Modern or Traditional or Art Quilting… we’d love to have you come and join us!
Common Threads Quilting Guild of Parma, Ohio meets every month on the third Monday at 6:30 p.m.

Business Meeting — Short meeting with updates from our Committee Chairpersons; Upcoming “Once Upon a Christmas” craft show at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights that we’re participating in.
Guests, as always, are welcome to our meetings.
Show & Tell — Bring your finished (or mostly so) projects to share with the guild. Guests are also welcome to bring in items to show.
Block of the Month — A new block of the month started in August. Details were in the newsletter and the newest block is in this newsletter.
Newsletter — Our newsletter goes out to members one week before each meeting. If you have an item of interest for our members, please contact us for consideration. We do not accept classifieds ads.

November — Linda Miller, certified quilt show judge will speak to the guild about what a quilt show judge looks for in quilts that are judged. We’ll also have the opportunity for her to look at a limited number of quilts from our members to give them her opinions . . .
December — Common Threads Christmas Party — It’s a wonderful time for a potluck and we will be selecting our favorites in the annual guild challenge.
